Refund & Cancellation
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival may incur a one-night room charge.
2. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after a valid cancellation request is received and approved. The refund will be credited back to the original payment source.
3. No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), the entire booking amount or at least the first night's charge will be non-refundable.
4. Modified Bookings
Modifications to booking dates are subject to availability and may involve rate differences.
